Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Invoicing Clerk to join our team in Bramley. The Invoicing Clerk will be responsible for creating and processing invoices, as well as verifying and reconciling billing information. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in data entry and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Review billing information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Track and monitor outstanding invoices
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Maintain records of invoices and payments received
- Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide support to the accounting department as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Sage
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
Salary
R7150 - R8000 p.m.
Working Hours
4 Days in and 3 Days Out (Shift); 6 a.m.- 6pm (Dayshift) and 6pm - 6 am (Nightshift)
