Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Cape Town, Epping Area. The Administrator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. This role requires excellent communication, organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring Invoicing orders are complete.
- Orders request and analyse quotations.
- Generate Purchase Orders
- Customer Services
- Prepare and monitor Invoices.
- Answer and Direct Calls
- Daily Handover
- Generate Reports
- Communication Market Team – Stock
- Send out shortages messages
- Providing relevant information to Floor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Package
