Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring Invoicing orders are complete.
- Orders request and analyse quotations.
- Generate Purchase Orders
- Customer Services
- Prepare and monitor Invoices.
- Answer and Direct Calls
- Daily Handover
- Generate Reports
- Communication Market Team – Stock
- Send out shortages' messages
- Providing relevant information to Floor
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication and service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priotize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particuraly Excel and Word
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
