Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail orientated Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensuring Invoicing orders are complete.
  • Orders request and analyse quotations.
  • Generate Purchase Orders
  • Customer Services
  • Prepare and monitor Invoices.
  • Answer and Direct Calls
  • Daily Handover
  • Generate Reports
  • Communication Market Team – Stock
  • Send out shortages' messages
  • Providing relevant information to Floor

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and service skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and priotize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particuraly Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly


Salary Package
R6500 P.M
