You will undergo a structured development program based in Gauteng (Johannesburg) for 6 to 12 months. Upon successful completion of the training period, you will transition into a full-time operational role based in Port Elizabeth.

During the training phase, you will gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day operations, process optimization, and service delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to build a career in operations management with a focus on logistics and facilities management.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational Support & Process Improvement: Support the day-to-day management of warehousing and cleaning operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
  • Training & Development: Participate in a structured training program in Johannesburg covering all aspects of warehousing and cleaning operations. Gradually take on more responsibility, including managing small projects or teams under the guidance of senior managers.
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, warehouse, cleaning, and customer service) to ensure that service delivery meets client expectations. Learn to handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, working to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Support the coordination of logistics, resource management, and scheduling for warehousing and cleaning services.
  • Quality Control & Compliance: Assist in monitoring service quality, ensuring compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and client requirements. Conduct quality checks and audits in both warehousing and cleaning services to identify any areas of improvement. Support the development of training materials and standard operating procedures to maintain high service levels.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting: Help track operational performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in preparing reports for senior management. Assist in gathering data for performance reviews and operational analysis, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify operational challenges and support the development of practical solutions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Learn how to manage unexpected issues, including logistical challenges or client service disruptions, and respond in a timely and effective manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, business development, or management within the warehousing or cleaning industries, or a similar field.
  • Experience with operational processes such as inventory management, logistics, or facilities management is preferred but not required.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
