We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the day-to-day operations of our agricultural business. This may include but is not limited to planting, harvesting, operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and performing general labor duties.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops.
2. Operating tractors, plows, and other agricultural machinery.
3. Assisting with the maintenance and repair of equipment.
4. Loading and unloading supplies and products.
5. Cleaning and maintaining work areas.
6. Assisting with livestock care and feeding as needed.
7. Following safety protocols and regulations at all times.
8. Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in agriculture or a related field preferred.
3. Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
4. Strong work ethic and physical stamina.
5. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
6. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
7. Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
8. Valid driver's license may be required.
