Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Delivery Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful and timely delivery of services to our clients. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure that their needs are met and that service level agreements are adhered to.
Job responsibilities:
- Retaining and growing current client headcount where opportunities exist
- Develop customer strategies for performance metrics, escalation management and communication
- Oversee resources based at client sites.
- Ensure thorough feedback to all project stakeholders
- Attend to and assist in resolving administrative requests on site.
- Managing all orders on site effectively.
- Enforce all workplace policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submits weekly and monthly reports to all stakeholders in line with SLA requirements
- Manage customer accounts on Contract Management and Payroll System
- Ensure adherence to client company invoicing policies, procedures, and rules within the payroll department
- Act as main point of contact for customers regarding business service issues, questions, and concerns
- Recruit and lead cross functional teams to meet business goals
- Identify gaps and develop corrective plans
- Driving any issues raised by stakeholders with the management team.
Experience:
- Function related experience: 3 to 5 years in site management or key account consultant capacity.
- Project and contract admin experience: 2 years
- Other Experience: 3 to 5 years in management of head count on various accounts with experience to payroll functions
- Minimum 3 years site\ project management experience
- Knowledge of BCEA & LRA
- Above average MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- Exposure to Union engagements and Labour engagements
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Payroll Experience (5 yrs)
- Experience within the “MEIBC” space (Big Bore- Small Bore Pipe fitters, Boiler makers, Electricians, Fire Watchers, Quality Controllers, Riggers, Welders, etc.)
- Experience working with Companies like Eskom, Babcock, Actom, etc.
- Valid SA drivers License and Own car (in working reliable condition) as there will be a lot of driving (which is reimbursed) between all the various sites.
