Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Claremont area for temp position. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The candidate will be based at Cavendish Square Mall.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
3. Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
5. Maintain a positive attitude and provide friendly and personalized service to all customers.
6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions.
7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
8. Recommend improvements to customer service processes and procedures.
9. Work with POS systems
10.Work with cash credit and debit cards
11 Knowledge of Cavendish Square will be an advantage
12.Able to work on weekends as well as public holidays when required
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs.
7. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
8. A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
